2. Products & Orders

• Our sweets are handcrafted in small batches; slight variations in size, color, or texture may occur.

• Product information, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

• By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided (including delivery address and contact details) is accurate and complete.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are listed in INR (₹) for domestic orders and in applicable currencies for international orders.

• Payments are accepted through secure third-party gateways. We do not store your card or banking details.

• Taxes and shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are dispatched from our Dehradun facility following hygienic packing standards.

• Delivery timelines vary by location:

  • Domestic (India): 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (subject to customs clearance)

• Swadika is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen events.

5. Returns & Refunds

• As food products are perishable, returns are not accepted once dispatched.

• In case of damage, incorrect delivery, or quality issues, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video). Verified complaints will be resolved via replacement or refund.

• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

6. International Orders

• Customers are responsible for checking import restrictions, duties, and taxes in their country.

• Swadika will provide necessary product information but is not liable for customs-related delays or rejections.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website—including brand name, logo, text, product descriptions, and images—are the property of Swadika. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Liability Disclaimer

• Our products are prepared in compliance with FSSAI and GMP standards. However, they are traditional food supplements and not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.

• Customers with allergies should check ingredient details carefully before consumption.

• Swadika shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the products or website.
