At Swadika – The SweetVeda Collection™, every order is prepared with care and dispatched with the highest hygiene and safety standards. Our goal is to ensure that your sweets reach you fresh, safe, and on time.

Shipping Policy - the basics

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are freshly prepared in small batches at our FSSAI-licensed facility in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.

  • Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

2. Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Standard delivery timeline: 3–7 business days (depending on location).

  • Orders are shipped via trusted courier partners with end-to-end tracking.

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or bulk orders.

3. International Shipping

  • We ship globally to select countries. Delivery timelines vary: 7–21 business days, subject to customs clearance.

  • International customers are responsible for paying customs duties, import taxes, and local regulations in their respective countries.

  • We provide all required documentation to facilitate smooth customs clearance but are not liable for delays or rejections caused by local authorities.

4. Packaging & Safety

  • All products are packed in premium, food-grade mono cartons, sealed hygienically, and tamper-proof.

  • Packaging is designed to retain freshness and ensure safe transit.

  • Each batch is dispatched following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and FSSAI guidelines.

5. Delivery Delays

  • While we strive to meet estimated timelines, delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Swadika is not responsible for delays beyond our control, but we will assist customers in tracking and resolving delivery concerns.

6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, the customer will bear re-shipping costs.

7. Tracking Orders

  • Once dispatched, customers will receive a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp.

  • Orders can be tracked directly through our courier partner’s website.
