At Swadika – The SweetVeda Collection™, we take great care in crafting, packaging, and delivering our products. Since our sweets are perishable food items, we follow a strict no-return policy once an order is shipped. However, we value your trust and are committed to resolving any genuine concerns.

Refund Policy - the basics

1. No Returns on Perishables

  • Due to the nature of food products, returns are not accepted once the product has been dispatched from our facility.

2. Refunds & Replacements

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • You received the wrong product

  • Your order was damaged in transit

  • The product is found to be spoiled or compromised in quality at the time of delivery

👉 In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo/video evidence of the issue.

3. Process for Claims

  • Email or WhatsApp us your order details along with proof of the issue.

  • Our team will verify and confirm within 2 working days.

  • If approved, refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days to the original payment method, or a replacement product will be dispatched (based on customer preference & feasibility).

4. International Orders

  • For overseas deliveries, customs duties, delays, or rejections are beyond our control. Refunds are not applicable in such cases.

  • Quality-related issues (if proven) will still be addressed as per our standard policy.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or dispatched.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
