At Swadika – The SweetVeda Collection™, we take great care in crafting, packaging, and delivering our products. Since our sweets are perishable food items, we follow a strict no-return policy once an order is shipped. However, we value your trust and are committed to resolving any genuine concerns.
Refund Policy - the basics
1. No Returns on Perishables

Due to the nature of food products, returns are not accepted once the product has been dispatched from our facility.
2. Refunds & Replacements
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

You received the wrong product

Your order was damaged in transit

The product is found to be spoiled or compromised in quality at the time of delivery
👉 In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo/video evidence of the issue.
3. Process for Claims

Email or WhatsApp us your order details along with proof of the issue.

Our team will verify and confirm within 2 working days.

If approved, refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days to the original payment method, or a replacement product will be dispatched (based on customer preference & feasibility).
4. International Orders

For overseas deliveries, customs duties, delays, or rejections are beyond our control. Refunds are not applicable in such cases.

Quality-related issues (if proven) will still be addressed as per our standard policy.
5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or dispatched.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
